Our personal water filter straw has an indefinite shelf life if unused and stored in a protected environment with moderate temperature and low ozone levels. The upgraded straw can not only connect to disposable water bottles with 28mm threading as a squeezable water filtration system, but it can also be used as a replacement filter for different gravity systems, including our own 6L gravity system.

The upgraded water filter has a larger filtration capacity of 5,000 liters (compared to 1,500 liters previously), and the water flow rate is faster. To drink the filtered water quickly, first stand the dry filter up in drinking water for 1-2 minutes or rinse the straw from the mouthpiece side until the inside is wet. After each use, backwash with clean water and vertically place the straw to dry. To extend the straw's lifetime, always use the best fresh water source to backwash the straw filter after each use, and remember to dry and store it properly - it does not work for seawater.

Our 5-stage filtration system includes a coarse filter screen, double-layer PP cotton fiber, coconut shell activated carbon, and hollow fiber ultrafiltration membranes, which can remove 99.99999% of harmful substances (pollution, odor, chlorine, and organic chemicals, etc.) and improve the taste, while maintaining the essential mineral balance of the water. With a pore size of 0.1 microns, our water purifier straw can filter out 99.99999% of harmful particles, maintaining an optimal flow rate of 16.9 fl oz/min (500ml/min) and high filtration accuracy.
